Walteria Mixed-Use

This mixed use project in the Walteria district of Torrance was a dream for the owner and TG helped make his dream a reality. Consisting of six residential units on the second floor with exterior access, and commercial spaces on both the first and second floors, this project made the most out of the corner lot it is built on.

Built on a concrete podium with parking on the first level, the project had intricate fire separation and other area separation details.
