This mixed use development includes 9 residential apartments above  10  retail spaces and a single level subterranean parking garage.  I represents the firs major development constructed in downtown El Segundo in over 10 years and TG is proud to have been a part of this successful venture.  The project includes an intricate roof top walkway system for residential access and was completed in 11 months.
