TG’s first purely residential project was a smashing success!  We worked with our client through the design of the project to provide value engineering, design-assist, and constructability reviews to make this build so smoothly. Our staff worked with the architect and designer to ensure that every detail they desired was incorporated into the project for the best value possible.  

To the surprise of the Building Department lender, and others we received a Certificate of Occupancy in just 8-1/2 months. Our scheduling expertise allowed for the highest quality work and the shortest practical time frame.
