10,000 SF sanctuary, 2,500 SF balcony area. Sanctuary HVAC and Modernization. Design-Build modifications to existing sanctuary including a new HVAC system to replace an aging heating-only system, new electrical service to the entire church campus, construction of new lighted soffits, replacement of sanctuary windows, and extensive modifications to the stage and choir areas including the addition of architectural steel and glass railings. TG worked with the church to design and construct the desired modifications within their budget constraints.
