Seismic Upgrade and West Annex Mezzanine: In addition to the TI, TG installed a 12,000 SF mezzanine with approximately 28 concrete piles (3' x 22' deep). There is also a seismic upgrade to the existing building which is about 24 ea piles (same size) with columns and horizontal steel trusses supporting the building laterally.
