Completed: March 2011

Constructed a new 4,397 SF Fitness Center, Main Entry, and Courtyard. New Type V building and major renovations to parking lot, existing entry structure and landscaping. Coordinated relocation of main electrical feeders that were found to be under the building pad. Worked with DWP to have feeders relocated within four weeks of discovery.
