Constructed two-story building approximately 23,800 SF Multi-level core and shell masonry building with concrete, two floors and roof. Project consisted of an earth station compound generator area with a 450 kw emergency generator. Curved CMU walls, masonry, steel and concrete decks. Tenant improvements on 2nd floor broadcast/telecom service area and subleased tenant space.
