TG Construction renovated this 5,000 SF, two story Type V building to create a Kindergarten center on the first floor with five classrooms and new restrooms, and transformed the second floor into a Teen Center. HVAC was added to the building as well as a new electrical service, seismic upgrades, and soundproofing.
